69jl Platform Agreement

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "69jl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 69jl online gaming platform accessible at https://69jl.vip.
• "Platform" means the 69jl website, mobile application, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the 69jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement consistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 69jl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and are not using the Platform under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money games on the 69jl Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must notify 69jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• 69jl reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time deemed appropriate.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the registered email address.

You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or Account suspension.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 69jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other channels listed on the Platform at the time of deposit.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change. The current minimum deposit is ₱20.
• 69jl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 69jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 69jl may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 69jl reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Processing times vary by payment method. 69jl aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) business days, though actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider.

06 Gameplay Rules

The following general rules apply to all games available on the 69jl Platform:

• All games use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, random, and not influenced by previous results or by 69jl's commercial interests.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 69jl's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• Bets placed and accepted are final. 69jl does not accept requests to cancel or reverse bets once they have been confirmed, except where a technical error on the part of 69jl has demonstrably affected the outcome.
• 69jl reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or any other circumstance that has materially affected the integrity of the game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Live casino games are subject to additional rules specific to each game variant, which are displayed within the live game environment.

Specific game rules for 69jl original titles — including 24 Hour Grand Prix, Lucky Dice, Blocky Block, A Night Out, and Super Keno — are available within each respective game. Players are encouraged to review game-specific rules before placing real-money bets.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

69jl may offer bonuses, promotions, free credits, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus winnings.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are used in accordance with the wagering sequence specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• 69jl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already opted in, any Bonus Funds already credited will be handled in accordance with the specific promotion terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, arbitrage, or any other method deemed abusive by 69jl will result in the cancellation of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 69jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Circumventing a self-exclusion by opening a new Account or using another person's Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 69jl immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected bug are void.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 69jl staff or other Players.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 69jl Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, animations, audio, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 69jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 69jl.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any game software or Platform component.
• Use any 69jl trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 69jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by 69jl.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 69jl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Technical errors, system failures, or connectivity issues beyond 69jl's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 69jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 69jl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

69jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are in place for all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion. Self-excluded Players must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new Accounts.

12 Termination

69jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Prolonged Account inactivity as described in Section 4.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 69jl customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

69jl operates in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

69jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 69jl will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
